Project stages
- 01
Your enquiry
Tell MAS what you want to build.
Send a project brief, use Quick Contact, or get in touch by email or WhatsApp. Share the idea, the problem you want to solve and any important dates.
- 02
Discovery conversation
Discuss your goals by call, email or WhatsApp.
MAS follows up through your preferred contact method to understand your business, audience and goals. Questions are clarified before a solution is proposed.
- 03
Project brief
Define the audience, requirements and priorities.
The requirements are shaped into a clear brief: features, pages or screens, platforms, content and priorities. Existing assets and any dependencies are identified here.
- 04
Proposal and pricing
Review the scope, quote and estimated schedule.
You receive a proposal covering the agreed scope, deliverables, pricing and an estimated schedule. Assumptions, exclusions and any optional work are made clear before a decision.
- 05
Agreement and milestones
Confirm deliverables, payment plan and timeline.
The scope, responsibilities, milestones, payment terms and working schedule are confirmed. Any initial payment follows the agreed terms, and required access is arranged before work begins.
- 06
Design and approval
Review layouts and agree on the direction.
Layouts, key screens and the visual direction are developed around the brief. You review the work and provide feedback before the design direction moves into development.
- 07
Development and updates
Build in stages with regular progress reviews.
The approved work is built in stages. Progress is shared at agreed checkpoints, with demonstrations where appropriate. Changes outside the scope are discussed before they affect cost or timing.
- 08
Testing and final review
Check functionality, devices and agreed requirements.
The project is checked against its agreed requirements, including relevant functionality, layouts and devices. You review the working version so outstanding issues can be addressed before release.
- 09
Launch and handover
Deliver the project, access and documentation.
After approval and the agreed release requirements are met, the project is delivered or launched. Access, project assets, documentation and walkthroughs are handed over as included in the scope.
- 10
Support and next steps
Agree on support and future improvements.
Support coverage and maintenance follow the agreement. After handover, further improvements or new features can be discussed and scoped separately as your needs develop.
